Didn’t see much of how they got behind but very impressive fourth quarter defensively.
I’ll say. No FGs in the last 8 and a half minutes. Skye Belker must have had her spinach or changed in a phonebooth between the third and fourth quarters. She had a horrible game for the first three quarters, then was incredible in the fourth.

Tiger D was ferocious in the 4Q, and great to see the effort on the boards, which they will need this season with no true center. Given the short bench Coach Berube is going to have to figure out how to keep the defensive intensity high without fouling.
The junior class is truly special and Madison St. Rose seems to be back to 100% after missing most of last season.
Anyone know what happened to Mari Bickley?
If this women team figures out how to play most games as they are playing 4Qs, they are a top 10 team in the country, no joke. But the depth might be your biggest problem. Out of the 9 players, there seems to not be enough good defensive players to keep the defensive intensity that has characterized this team in the past. Solving that issue seems to be the key of success for this team.

That’s a good question. I’ve seen her at games or with some of the team at other events but have no idea if she’s still enrolled or why she’s not on the team.
