More nerf-ball questions than even softball questions. Who is the audience for that sort of palsy-walsy banter about MH’s athletic career, etc.? But it was interesting to hear the party line about the new era of college basketball, brief as it was and without any concrete references to money, Lee going to Florida, etc. And the hint that the team was going to try to prove some people wrong had a nice ring to it.

I’ve watched all of the men’s interviews now (separately, not all at once). Maybe not the most probing of questions but it was entertaining. I’d enjoy having a beer with any of these guys. Yale needs to work on the production value - and Casey Simmons is a film major so should know that! I understand that the Yale athletics department is working out of temporary quarters while RTH is under renovation, so that may be why. Mitch Henderson seems to have some anger left over from last year and its aftermath. I can see why Tommy Amaker is an effective recruiter. All of the coaches impressed me. Looking forward to a great season of Ivy basketball.
