I see that Jordan Obi (Kentucky via Penn) got drafted #44 overall in Round 3… I was mildly surprised that she got drafted and Perri Page did not. But what surprised me even more was that Susie Rafiu was listed amongst the “Best Available” on ESPN.com, but Perri wasn’t listed at all.
Interesting…… but the draft is fool’s gold….. getting drafted to that league seems pretty meaningless unless you’re one of the top picks.

While it might not lead to actual playing time on a WNBA court, I imagine it’s a huge badge of honor to the player and the program she played for.
