This seems to be moving forward and most likely will be aproved this summer. The question is, is the Ivy league moving past the hard 4-year eligibility rule?

I doubt the Ivy League will make a change but the NCAA change to five years of eligibility will mean a reduction in the number of undergraduates given the opportunity to play their sports. Is that a good thing?
