@ Harvard

Started Harvard -4.5. Now -3.5.

Go Tigers!

A BIG GAME. It will be interesting to see if Mitch goes deeper

into the bench with a game on Monday.

Does Penn help us beat Dartmouth on Monday? Do we help Penn beat Harvard on Monday?

So far this year, it looks like Penn and Dartmouth go deeper in the bench than Princeton or Harvard.

More minutes from Davis may help us a bit this weekend.

Nice start 8-4 at the under 16 timeout. Defense on last play was swarming.

Davis picks up 3 fouls early… Clark starts raining 3s!

Don’t know if we can keep this up but the defense still looks tight and physical as it did against Yale.

Gotta do a better job on Batties in the 2nd half, but other than that it was a great half.

Let’s see if they can hold on.

Great half! Treys have been a windfall but the Tiger D and rebounding was even more impressive. Few easy shots were allowed and most H possessions were limited to one attempt. And all of this with Dalen Davis making much of a contribution. Need to keep the defensive intensity high in the second half when shooting reverts to the mean.

Balanced offense, with HIcke and Abdullahi inside, numerous outside contributers.

Great team defense against the Harvard one-on-one offense.

Malik is so good at bullying his way to the rim and finishing. I swear he’s shooting 75% when it’s just 1-on-1.

I wouldn’t mind going to that more if/when the 3s stop falling.

1.59 points per possession, just like we all expected from this team

Meanwhile, Yale taking out their anger on Cornell. 23pt halftime lead!

Rare to see the Big Red be down big at halftime. Even in losses, they usually come out blazing and start to wear down late

Harvard seems determined to cover the 3-point line in the second half, which is opening up the post for Hicke, Abdullahi and Dalen.

What a game by Abdullahi. He just keeps growing offensively, though he does have a bad habit of picking up a defensive foul after making a super-tough bucket - too amped up

Landon Clark with the awesome putback off the Hicke FT miss.

He’s gonna be a special player for us… if he doesn’t transfer as an upperclassman.

And Landon Clark with the tough rebound and put-back after the missed FT!

Harvard cuts it to 12 after forcing a turnover with the press. Tigers have played brilliantly today. Just have to hang on!

Dalen doesn’t look right. Looks gimpy.

Tigers looking a little rough on offense but the D really stepping up.

Yeah, they said he was getting it re-taped up and rode a stationary bike to keep it loose.

He’s playing so he must be okay enough, but I definitely think he should take it easy vs. Dartmouth if they hold on here.
