Coach Gosselin has filled out her coaching staff with the hiring of Grace Stone as Director of Basketball Operations. She kept Jordan Edwards as assistant coach #1, who was on the staff this past season and did not go with Carla to Northwestern. She hired Jenna (Johnston) Ross, who was an assistant at Utah last year - Johnston played on the Utah team that beat Princeton in the second round of the 2023 NCAAs, after the 64-63 win over NC State. The loss to Utah was Grace Stone’s last collegiate game. Finally, she hired Lindsey Werner, who played at DIII Merrimack and assistant coached at Holy Cross last season. It’s a very young staff, without a lot of collective experience, so they’ll all be learning together.

If you have elite players, you can look like a genius. Even with the losses of Maddy and Taylor, this coaching staff will look very good.
To this amateur observer, Grace’s hiring seems like a great fit btw.
