First road trip of the year was a mild disappointment, but not totally surprising. LaSalle is one of three teams at the bottom of the A-10 and ranked about like the Big Red.
With the Red down one, an 18-2 run by the Explorers from 3:30 left in the first half to 3:00 gone in the second half pretty much told the story. The LaSalle lead stayed in double digits the rest of the game.
LaSalle’s Corey Mckeithan poured in 25 points over the final 25 minutes of the game.
Back home Saturday to host Lafayette.
