Well, there is no distinction between “college basketball” and pro basketball now, so there is no reason to have disqualification for accepting money from a pro team. Maybe college basketball should be re-named “not-for-profit” basketball?
It would work for many schools but I doubt Duke and Kentucky would accept NFP designation.
