The verbal commits ratings are obviously very limited, but Penn has the third and fourth highest rated recruits in the league for next year as of now. FWIW, Princeton has the top 2. History suggests Harvard and Yale will get some higher rated recruits at some pint, but for now we seem to be ahead for next year.
I was just trying to set up the Pereira commit — he is now the highest rated Ivy recruit for next year. So Penn now has 3 of the top 5. I am encouraged.
