What are non-collective collectives?
A loose group of people who raise money quietly to pay players. They serve a similar purpose to some of the well-known public collectives. P4 schools have official collectives, while the Ivy League has people who quietly pay players. They typically follow the mandated approval process.
As far as I know, Florida, Rutgers, and Northwestern at least. And I wouldn’t discard Florida yet (sadly)
