Mitch stupidly benched him against Cornell even though that’s a game where he should have shined.
According the Columbia crew, Mitch told the team to “slow down.” 
Davis goes down. He’s back up but clearly in pain. If everyone’s coming back next season, let him fully heal and see what we can do without him.

Happy to be tied at half after the rough start. Six blocks and two put-back dunks. I didn’t see that coming!
Stanton’s offense and Huggins’ defense ignited a fire.
Don’t know if it’ll last but glad to see them play with pace and energy for a change.
And Clark was running up and down the court like a man possessed.
Why is it bad coaching when we are losing, but Mitch is never mentioned when we rally?

Why is that getting destroyed by Cornell (again) isn’t Mitch’s fault, but playing 8 minutes of quality ball is Mitch’s accomplishment?
Also, according to Mitch himself, he doesn’t have anything to do with runs. He says it’s the players job to talk and motivate each other. Which I strongly disagree with. Especially at the college level.

Against Cornell, Stanton should be racking up 30. He loves to play fast and rapid-fire.
Hicke is gassed and just resorting to very long threes but STANTON! puts the Tigers up 8!

This team can’t beat Cornell because Mitch has the wrong approach. He’s afraid to let his guys play super uptempo. Which is crazy with Stanton, Abdullahi and even Hicke. They got no problem running up and down the court.
