The four WBB coaches have dispersed on recruiting expeditions to Phoenix, Arizona; Bryan, Texas; Mannheim, Ohio; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Can anyone figure out whom they are trying to recruit in these cities and what are our chance of getting them?

These are probably AAU events with teams from all over the country participating.
These are locations of nation-wide summer girls basketball events (AAU). I know some prospects are in those and we are probably going to scout future players and watch the ones we are already interested in
Phoenix, AZ. EYBL1, 17-19 April. Several players that we are interested in are playing there (I believe): Sydney Marshall 27’, Ashley Kreiger 27’, Victoria Valle 27’, Jalynn Belton 27’, Kamilla Basyrova 28’ (?)
Hamilton, OH. The Clash, 17-19 April. P24 & S40 Session 1 East. Players: Bella Owumi 27’.
Bryan, TX. Adidas 3SSB, 17-19 April, Session 1. Offered players: Corinne Lomax 27’.
Manheim, PA. GUAA, 17-19 April, Live! at the Nook. I believe we went to watch: Ella Peper 28’, Calise Crawford 28’.
Milwaukee, WI. Lady P32, 17-19 April. We went to see: Tess Stephenson 27’.
There are probably more, but these are some that have announced an offer from Columbia.
Thanks! I thought you might know.
Who are best players on this list? And what are our chances of getting them?
Bella Owumi and Ella Peper are the ESPN #34 and #4 of their respective classes. Probably very long shots but maybe worth trying. Low chance to get them, they have very good offers. If I had to name the most likely ones, I would probably say Sydney Marshall (has attended summer camps and has us in their top 7), and Corinne Lomax (one of the best 27’ players in NEPSAC).
But don’t take my word for granted. Most of this is speculation and I barely watch AUU basketball so I have very little idea.
Thanks!
Ella Peper already has 35 scholarship offers, so unless she develops a special connection with MG, it’s unlikely we’ll get her. But a couple of the others do sound both helpful and more realistic—maybe we can get them.
Yes, I believe we were one of the first ones to offer her back in 2023 but at some point, big programs also discover how good are some of these girls and they stack an insane amount of good offer against which we have very little chances.
Yep, I just checked Ella Peper’s Twitter account. Columbia made an offer to her just before Abbey Hsu’s senior season. That seems like ages ago.
Well, let’s give MG credit for her early skill recognition.
The question is whether she has maintained a relationship and whether this relationship gives her enough pull.
