Off night from Fliss and Broom… spectacular night from Gayle, who played well in Ivy Madness vs Columbia last March too. Penn did a nice job on D all night, holding the Lions to 55.
My only gripe with Griffith right now is not giving Nasi more PT… she played only 9 mins vs Penn. She can’t shoot the 3 like Avlijas or Broom, but she makes up for it with her quick hands/feet on D, creating havoc for the other team.
Agree….. But overall, I think it was a successful weekend. The win against Princeton, which was fairly convincing, proves to us and to them that we can easily wIn the ivy league and ILT tournament this season. The loss to Penn just shows that we have a lot to work on and it could be a blessing in disguise, and I think it will be. Go Lions!
