Wow! Very nice. Thanks.

He was Player of the Game and did the postgame interview. His 3pt shot looks better and he’s dunking more.

I’m sure he’s disappointed to be back in G-League, but I don’t think he’ll be there for too long before getting another two-way or 10-day contract.

Especially given how much help the L.A. Clippers need this season.

Tosan is leading the San Diego Clippers in scoring so far (18.4ppg in their first 16 games) - 2nd highest scoring G-League team but a very balanced attack. The season started off with an extended ā€œtip off tournamentā€ but Tosan had 24 pts last night during their first ā€œregular seasonā€ game.

Glad to see him scoring more and heating up of late. Just needs to keep improving his 3pt shooting - he’s had 3 straight games with 2 makes from deep. Keep it up!

That’s great. Are they letting him play any point forward?

Not yet. He did get to play a lot of that role for the Motor City Cruise last season, but so far, he’s been strictly a SF on offense. A lot standing around in the corner. He looks best in transition.

On defense, he ends up guarding a lot of PF/Cs in the post, which doesn’t work. But he can still lock down guards when there’s a switch in the PnR.

I don’t like it when baby–I mean Tosan–is put in the corner.

For a nanosecond, I thought the Clippers had promoted Tosan back to the big club. I’m old enough to remember when the Buffalo Braves moved west to become…the San Diego Clippers.

If Tosan can keep improving his outside shot, no doubt he’ll be in LA before long.

Tosan has signed a two-way deal with the Brooklyn Nets - The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to a two-way NBA deal with F Tosan Evbuomwan, agent George S. Langberg of GSL Sports Group tells ESPN's Shams Charania. In 17 NBA games as a rookie last season, Evbuomwan averaged 5.9 points and 3.5 rebounds while shooting 38% on 3s with the Pistons and Grizzlies. - ESPN

And who was the Buffalo Braves’ first draft pick in their inaugural season?

None other than John Hummer ā€˜70!

Awesome news! I figured he’d get picked up soon after his great start. Surprised the Clippers weren’t the ones who gave him the two-way.

Hopefully, he continues his more aggressive play in his second NBA stint. Buckets talk.

Two-way sounds better than two-day.

Tosan made his Long Island Nets debut tonight with a 39pt game (!!!). Shot 13-20, 3/4 from deep, +31. Ended their 12-game losing streak in his first game with a 129-108 win.

Call this man up to big leagues, Brooklyn.

Whaaaaat!

Whoa!

I don’t really follow the NBA. Does Brooklyn have a weakness he can fix?

To be honest, I haven’t watched any Nets games this season. But they’re 13-21 and their starting SF just got injured and might be on the trade block. So there could be a spot in the depth chart for Tosan, short term or long-term.

Tosan actually got called up tonight! I didn’t see the game, but the Nets got blown out by the Sixers and he played 21 uneventful minutes. Went 1-4 (all threes) and had a block on Embiid.

They actually interviewed him before (after?) the game on his whirlwind week:
