I watched him a bit yesterday. Honestly, looked like a boy among men. He had difficult time bringing the ball up the floor quickly when guarded by someone just as fast and stronger.

He looked really good today for a change. Made 3s, ran the fastbreak, helped the team come back and win. But overall, he’s just not the same confident, creative player anymore. When he misses two shots in a row, self-doubt takes over.

Interesting as it apparently presents two issues: can he transfer at this post-portal date, and can he play 5th year in spite of his (limited) pro activity? Might be another case of wanting a bigger college payday than is available at the pro level.

Lee also needs to be careful he doesn’t wind up sharing PG duties again. Gonzaga signed a kid from Dayton last week who was advertised as their solution at PG.
